No Bake Brownies

No Bake Brownie Recipe

Great for backcountry cooking!

1/3 cup water

3 tablespoons skim milk powder

6 ounces of semi sweet chocolate chips

1/3 cup shredded coconut (optional) or other nuts

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

Combine 

1/3 cup of water

3 tablespoons skim milk powder

Add

6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

Heat and stir until chocolate is melted

Add and mix

1/3 cup shredded coconut (optional or substitute other nuts)

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

Mix well, pat into greased pan and let sit until cool and solid (approx. 30 min -1 hour)

  • Note: For a trip combine milk powder and chocolate chips in one bag and graham crackers, nuts, coconut in another.
